This policy explains what we do with information from visitors to this site.
When you request a free sample, we collect the email address and the feed choice you submit. We use them only to deliver your sample and send occasional product updates about Practice Sourcing.
You can opt out of product updates at any time. Every message includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor opt-outs. You can also email evan@practicesourcing.com.
We do not sell, rent, or trade visitor data. We don't share your email with third parties except the service providers that help us send email on our behalf, and only for that purpose.
Our host (Cloudflare) collects standard, aggregate request logs to serve and protect the site. We don't add third-party advertising trackers.
The practice records in our product come from public government registry data (CMS NPPES) about business entities and their registered officials. This policy covers site visitors; the feed content is public professional registration data.
