These terms govern your use of Practice Sourcing ("we", "us"), a weekly data subscription. By subscribing you agree to them.
Practice Sourcing is a paid subscription that delivers a weekly list of newly registered US healthcare practices. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and auto-renew each month until cancelled.
You can cancel anytime, self-serve, through the billing portal (also linked in your receipts). Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the paid period.
Our feed is derived from public provider-registry sources, chiefly the CMS NPPES data dissemination file. We filter and format that public data; we do not originate it. The feed is provided "as is", with no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Registry records can be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect at the source. You are responsible for how you use the data, including compliance with any calling, messaging, and marketing laws that apply to you.
Your subscription is for your own business use. You may not resell, republish, sublicense, or redistribute the feed or substantial portions of it to third parties.
Because access is delivered continuously, fees are generally non-refundable. We may issue refunds at our discretion.
